The Foyer opens up to the tastefully furnished Living room that features a ceiling to floor fireplace, several windows, hardwood floors, a 40” LCD High Definition TV with Blu-ray DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2 chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a Queen sofa sleeper. This room makes a really cosy room in the winter as well.

The Sitting Room is found between the Living room and the Dining room. It has a sofa, 2 chairs and table. Overlooking the Dining Room, it is a quiet corner to sit and read a book.

The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs. The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an authentic country feeling.

The fully equipped kitchen and has recently been renovated. It features all amenities including a large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to create a great meal.

The main floor Master bedroom is a very spacious and romantic room featuring a Queen sized bed, country furnishings, a 32” TV/DVD, a wicker sofa and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity and a walk in shower. This room works very well for elderly guests that may not want to use the stairs.

The Sun Room is a bright and cheery room. It features 3 large windows, a vaulted ceiling and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to the deck and pool. This room is a great place for breakfast and lunch. On rainy nights or when the bugs are out it is a great alternative to eating outdoors. The sunroom is a room meant for summer use and is not heated.

The first bedroom at the top of the stairs features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in its en suite bathroom.

The washer and dryer are conveniently located on the second floor concealed behind double white doors on the landing.

Although the pool is very large there is still plenty of lawn making it a great area for the kids to play.

During the winter months the pool is covered with a high security cover that bolts down onto the concrete deck.
