The Main Floor
Overview
The main floor features
several large principal
rooms that make it easy for
guests to be together.
The Foyer of the house is
welcoming
with an antique
tub chair and a writing
desk. Here you can find
brochures and all kinds
of
information about the town.
The Foyer opens up to the tastefully furnished
Living room that features a ceiling to floor
fireplace, several windows, hardwood floors, 32 inch TV with DVD and plenty of comfortable seating. There are 2 chairs and 2 large sofas, one being a double sofa bed. This room makes a really cosy room in the winter as well.
The Sitting Room is found
between the Living room and
the Dining
room. It has a
wicker sofa, chair and
table. Overlooking the
Dining
Room, it is a quiet corner
to sit and read a book.

The Kitchen/The Dining Room
The Dining Room has a pine harvest table and black high back chairs. The ceramic floor, sisal carpet and pine furniture gives it an authentic country feeling.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen is very large and has recently been remodelled. It features all amenities including a large fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, microwave and all equipment needed to create a great meal.
From the Dining room and kitchen follows the large and comfortable Family room which is furnished with large sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed. There is also a full bathroom adjacent to this room which allows it to double as a fourth bedroom very easily. It is also located at the back part of the house making it quite private.
The Sun Room is at the very back of the house and features 3 large windows and a skylight. It has sliding glass doors looking out to the deck and pool. Decorated in Scandinavian style this room is bright and cheery, a great place for breakfast and lunch. On rainy nights or when the bugs are out it is a great alternative to eating outdoors

The Second Floor
Upstairs is where the 3 Queen Size Bedrooms are located. They each have their own private full bathroom and feature hardwood floors, beautiful comforters, and antique pieces.
The Master bedroom features a brass bed, country quilt and a Jacuzzi tub in its ensuite bathroom.

Outdoor Living
The private backyard is a
great place to relax by the
pool with family and
friends. It features a 40X20 foot inground pool with
diving board, a
professionally landscaped
garden full of flowering
perennials, patio and a
raised wooden
deck with dining area with
market umbrella and a BBQ.
Although the pool is very
large there is still plenty
of green grass and Silver
Birch trees making it a
great area for the kids to
play.
During the winter months the
pool
is covered with a high
security cover that bolts
down onto the concrete deck.
Other Features
The washer and dryer are
conveniently located on the
second floor concealed
behind double white doors on
the landing.
The house is fully equipped with all amenities including wireless internet access, two large TV's, both with DVD's and a sound system with CD player.
Aylesbury Manor has Central
Air Conditioning.
There is parking for 4 cars. All linens and towels are included. |
